Services
At Ely Print Centre we offer a wide range of services. We print both digital and litho, whichever is the most cost effective way of production. We also offer a wide range of presentation options from booklets to lamination.
As all jobs are unique, we estimate for each one individually and will always suggest the best method for quality and price. Our large format copiers print up to A0 size in black and colour on a variety of materials.
If you require an electronic copy only, we can scan your printed originals and save as a PDF.

Scanning
We can scan multi-page hard copy A4/A3 originals to PDF.
If you have anything bigger we can scan upto A0 size in black and white or colour provided the original is on a
flat single flexible sheet (please call us if you are unsure).
Binding
We offer a variety of different binding options:

Wiro binding for books or reports which need to lay flat when open (up to 32mm thick).

Perfect binding (glued) for that paperback look.

Saddle stitch (folded and stapled on spine) is a good option for magazines and newsletters.

Ring binding (2 or 4 hole) is ideal for larger documents
Artwork
If you know what you want, you can supply the artwork for us to print, otherwise we can produce the artwork from your instructions (additional artwork charges will apply).
We usually prefer to proof the artwork to you prior to printing, just to check that everything is as you expect it to be. The proof can be in electronic form as a PDF, or we can supply a digitally printed hardcopy. Note that if your job is to be printed on our litho machines, then the hardcopy proof won't be an exact colour match to the finished job, but you will be able to check it for any errors (typo's etc) before it goes to print.
Digital Printing
Most suitable for short-medium run full colour or black & white jobs.
Our digital press is capable of printing on card up to 360gsm and a maximum sheet size of 700 x 330mm, making short run 4pp A4 landscape or 6pp A4 portrait an affordable possibility.
Mail-merge
Takes variable information from a database or excel file and merges it with your document. Useful if you need to have individual addresses on newsletters or leaflets.

Litho Printing
Most suitable for medium-long run jobs and anything which has to be subsequently overprinted using a laser printer. Useful also for numbered and perforated items.
